Buyer Protection

We offer a full refund on the following conditions:

  1. You don't receive your order within 60 days from shipment confirmation.
  2. The product you received is:
    • damaged
    • low quality or not as described

 

What you need to do:

In case of non-receipt of product(s) ordered:

  • Submit a refund request to sales@scarletpointe.com and attach a copy of the shipment confirmation email you received.

 

In case of damaged, low quality, or not as described:

  • Submit a refund request to sales@scarletpointe.com within 15 days from receipt of product and attach the following:
    • Photos of the product at the time of delivery.
    • Copy of the shipment confirmation email you received.
  • Send the item back to the sender's address.  Please note that buyer pays for the return shipping fee.

 

Scarlet Pointe will process your claim within 3-5 business days from the receipt of request.  A credit will be sent to the same account you used when you placed the order.
