Buyer Protection
We offer a full refund on the following conditions:
- You don't receive your order within 60 days from shipment confirmation.
- The product you received is:
- damaged
- low quality or not as described
What you need to do:
In case of non-receipt of product(s) ordered:
- Submit a refund request to sales@scarletpointe.com and attach a copy of the shipment confirmation email you received.
In case of damaged, low quality, or not as described:
- Submit a refund request to sales@scarletpointe.com within 15 days from receipt of product and attach the following:
- Photos of the product at the time of delivery.
- Copy of the shipment confirmation email you received.
- Send the item back to the sender's address. Please note that buyer pays for the return shipping fee.
Scarlet Pointe will process your claim within 3-5 business days from the receipt of request. A credit will be sent to the same account you used when you placed the order.
